SPREEBIRD™ Referral Program

As a Spreebird Account Holder, you may participate in the Spreebird Referral Program (the "Referral Program"), which is a loyalty program where you can refer your friends to Spreebird and be eligible to receive "Earned Spreebird Bucks" (as defined below). If you choose to participate in the Referral Program, you will be eligible to receive Earned Spreebird Bucks for each friend you refer to Spreebird following the completion of the "Qualifying Referral" process below. "Earned Spreebird Bucks" are credits usable on the Site by Account Holders toward future member purchases of Vouchers. The specific usage rights, expiration date, and other terms concerning Earned Spreebird Bucks are further outlined in Section 8 of our Spreebird Terms of Service, available at: http//www.spreebird.com/terms (or successor address) (the "Spreebird Terms"). All capitalized terms not expressly defined herein shall have those meanings set forth in the Spreebird Terms.
You and a friend can complete a "Qualifying Referral" by completing each of the requirements below in the order provided. First, you must (i) log in to your Account at https://www.spreebird.com/login.aspx (or successor address) and click the "My Account" link. There you will find your "Personal Identification Link." Then just (ii) share your "Personal Identification Link" with your friends via Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, email, or any other method of your choosing. PLEASE NOTE THAT WHEN YOU DECIDE TO SHARE YOUR PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION LINK YOU MUST TELL YOUR FRIENDS THAT YOU ARE ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE SPREEBIRD BUCKS (STORE CREDIT) IF THEY SIGN UP AND COMPLETE THE STEPS BELOW. Failure to disclose this information is a violation of these Referral Program terms and Spreebird may terminate you immediately from the Referral Program, disqualify you from participating in the Referral Program in the future, and cause the forfeiture of any Spreebird Bucks in your Account. Once you have completed the above steps, a friend who clicks on your provided Personal Identification Link must (iii) create a Spreebird Account to become an Account Holder; and (iv) purchase a Spreebird Voucher of at least $20 from the Site within thirty (30) days of his or her creation of an Account. Spreebird Bucks shall expire within six (6) months of the date of issuance, unless otherwise prohibited by law. You will not be eligible to receive Earned Spreebird Bucks for referrals that already have an existing Account with Spreebird.
Following the proper and valid completion of a Qualifying Referral, Spreebird will deposit those applicable Earned Spreebird Bucks in your Account within a commercially reasonable amount of time. Your accrued Spreebird Bucks can be found by clicking on the "My Spreebird Bucks" link located on the right-hand side of your Member Account page under the "Member Pages" heading.
Spreebird reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Referral Program at any time with or without notice. Spreebird will not be liable to you for any modification, suspension or discontinuation of the Referral Program. Our modification, suspension or discontinuation of the Referral Program shall result in the removal or expiration of the balance of Spreebird Bucks in your Account as permitted by our Terms of Service.
