How do I get the Deal?
Just click "BUY" before the deal ends, it’s for 1 day only. We'll charge your credit card and the next morning you will be able to print out your coupon.
Do I need to use my Spreebird Deal the same day I buy it?
No, most Deals will have an expiration date, so you can use them during that period of time.
How do I use my Deal?
Once the deal is completed (time left on deal goes to 0), you'll receive an email with a link to sign in and print your Voucher. The Voucher has redemption instructions and a map to your destination.
Can I buy a Spreebird Deal as a gift for someone else?
Yes. Deals can be gifted. Just make sure you select the gift option on the checkout page.
If I don't use the full value of the Spreebird Deal in one visit, can I use the remainder later?
No, you will not be able to receive store credit or cash back for whatever you don't use. Bring a friend and share!
Can I combine my Deals with other offers or specials?
No, not unless the Deal specifically states otherwise.
When is my credit card charged?
Your credit card is charged at the time you purchase your coupon.
Is Spreebird safe?
Extremely Safe! Your credit card number is transmitted by SSL directly to a secure electronic vault. All personal information is only accessed by AUTHORIZED personnel.
Can I return a Spreebird Deal?
Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Within the limits of reason, we'll do what it takes to make you happy. Unless there is something wrong with the purchase, otherwise we are unable to offer refunds after 30 days from the purchase date.
